Sec. 11. (a) The commission shall meet as necessary to discharge its statutory responsibilities. Meetings of the commission shall be called in the same manner as prescribed for the judicial nominating commission. Four (4) members of the commission constitute a quorum. (b) Commission meetings are to be held in Indiana on the call of the chairman. (c) The commission may act only at a meeting. The commission may adopt rules and regulations to conduct its meetings and discharge its duties. [Pre-2004 Recodification Citation: 33-2.1-6-5.]
