Sec. 3. Notwithstanding IC 5-14-3 , the clerk shall collect a document fee of three dollars ($3) for each certificate under seal attached in authentication of a copy of any record, paper, or transcript. [Pre-2004 Recodification Citation: 33-19-6-2.]
