Sec. 20. (a) This section applies to all civil, criminal, infraction, and ordinance violation actions. (b) The clerk shall collect a document storage fee of five dollars ($5), after June 30, 2015. [Pre-2004 Recodification Citation: 33-19-6-18.1.]
