Sec. 19. (a) The clerk shall collect a jury fee of six dollars ($6) in each action in which a defendant is found to have committed a crime, violated a statute defining an infraction, or violated an ordinance of a municipal corporation. (b) The fee collected under this section shall be deposited into the county user fee fund established by IC 33-37-8-5 . [Pre-2004 Recodification Citation: 33-19-6-17.]
