Courts not of record; judges; requirements

Sec. 7. (a) A city court is not a court of record.       (b) A town court is not a court of record.       (c) Except as provided in section 7.5 of this chapter, a person selected as judge of a city court or town court must be an attorney in good standing admitted to the practice of law in Indiana.
