Sec. 1. A judge may: (1) administer oaths; (2) take and certify acknowledgements of deeds; and (3) give all necessary certificates for the authentication of the records and proceedings of the small claims court. [Pre-2004 Recodification Citation: 33-11.6-5-1.]
