Adoption of rules

Sec. 6. (a) The judge of the circuit court, assisted by the judges of the small claims court, shall make and adopt uniform rules for conducting the business of the small claims court: (1) according to a simplified procedure; and (2) in the spirit of sections 7 and 9 of this chapter.       (b) The judge of the circuit court, assisted by the judges of the small claims court, shall make and adopt uniform rules for practice and procedure in the small claims courts.
