Sec. 3. The Whitley superior court has one (1) judge who shall hold sessions in: (1) the Whitley County courthouse in Columbia City; or (2) other places in the county that the board of county commissioners of Whitley County may provide. [Pre-2004 Recodification Citation: 33-5-50-7.]
