Sec. 6. (a) The judges of the Vanderburgh superior court may jointly appoint not more than five (5) full-time magistrates under IC 33-23-5 . (b) A magistrate continues in office until jointly removed by the judges. [Pre-2004 Recodification Citation: 33-5-43-1.1.]
