Sec. 2. (a) There is established a court of record to be known as the Scott superior court. (b) The Scott superior court is a standard superior court as described in IC 33-29-1 . (c) Scott County comprises the judicial district of the court. [Pre-2004 Recodification Citation: 33-5-38.9-1.]
