Sec. 53. Within twenty (20) days after service of the notice of formal proceedings, the judge may file with the commission on judicial qualifications a signed original and one (1) copy of an answer, and shall serve a copy on the counsel by mail. [Pre-2004 Recodification Citation: 33-5-40-57.]
