Sec. 8. The judges of the Morgan circuit and Morgan superior court may jointly appoint one (1) full-time magistrate under IC 33-23-5 . The magistrate continues in office until removed by the judges of the circuit and superior courts. [Pre-2004 Recodification Citation: 33-5-37-7.]
