Sec. 4. (a) Except as otherwise provided in this chapter, the Morgan superior court is a standard superior court as described in IC 33-29-1 . (b) Morgan County constitutes the judicial district of the court. [Pre-2004 Recodification Citation: 33-5-37-2.]
