Judicial notice

Sec. 28. The court shall take judicial notice of all matters of which courts of general jurisdiction of Indiana are required to take judicial notice. The court shall also take judicial notice of all general ordinances of each city or municipality located in the county. [Pre-2004 Recodification Citation: 33-5.1-2-23.]
