Court of record; force and effect of judgments, decrees, and orders

Sec. 10. The court is a court of record. The court's judgments, decrees, orders, and proceedings have the same effect and shall be enforced in the same manner as those of the circuit court. [Pre-2004 Recodification Citation: 33-5.1-2-5.]
