Sec. 3. The Greene superior court has one (1) judge who shall hold sessions in: (1) the Greene County courthouse in Bloomfield; or (2) other places in the county as the Greene County executive may provide. [Pre-2004 Recodification Citation: 33-5-19.5-7.]
