Books and dockets of court

Sec. 7. The clerk of the court, under the direction of the judge of the court, shall provide: (1) order books; (2) judgment dockets; (3) execution dockets; (4) fee books; and (5) other books for the court; that shall be kept separately from the books and papers of other courts.
