Sec. 3. The Fulton superior court has one (1) judge who shall hold sessions in: (1) the Fulton County courthouse in Rochester; or (2) other places in the county as the Fulton County executive may provide. [Pre-2004 Recodification Citation: 33-5-10.9-7.]
