Sec. 4. Each Floyd superior court shall hold its sessions in: (1) the Floyd County courthouse in New Albany; or (2) other places in the county as the board of county commissioners of Floyd County may provide. [Pre-2004 Recodification Citation: 33-5-18.1-10.]
