Sec. 21. The same fees shall be taxed in the Allen superior court as are provided by law to be taxed in the Allen circuit court. When collected in the Allen superior court, the fees shall be disbursed in the same manner as similar fees are disbursed in the Allen circuit court. [Pre-2004 Recodification Citation: 33-5-5.1-13.]
