Orders, writs, appointments, and commissions

Sec. 13. The Allen superior court may: (1) grant restraining orders and injunctions; (2) issue writs of habeas corpus; (3) appoint receivers, masters, and commissioners to convey real property and to grant commissions for the examination of witnesses; and (4) appoint other officers necessary to facilitate and transact the business of the court; as conferred on circuit courts or the judges of circuit courts.
