Sec. 11. A judge or candidate for judge of the Allen superior court may not: (1) accept a contribution (as defined in IC 3-5-2.1-27 ) from any political party, political action committee (as defined in IC 3-5-2.1-78 ), or regular party committee (as defined in IC 3-5-2.1-89 ); or (2) accept more than a total of ten thousand dollars ($10,000) in contributions from all sources to pay expenses connected with the candidate's candidacy.
