Sec. 2. (a) There is established a court of record to be known as the Clay superior court. (b) The Clay superior court is a standard superior court as described in IC 33-29-1 . (c) Clay County comprises the judicial district of the superior court. [Pre-2004 Recodification Citation: 33-5-10.5-1.]
