Power of judge same as circuit court

Sec. 18. The judge of the court has the same power as the judge of the circuit court of the county to: (1) grant restraining orders and injunctions; (2) issue writs of habeas corpus, and of mandate and prohibition; and (3) appoint receivers, master commissioners for the examination of witnesses, and other officers necessary to facilitate and transact the business of the court.
