Clerk; books and dockets

Sec. 6. The clerk of a standard superior court, under the direction of the judge of the court, shall provide: (1) order books and fee books; (2) judgment dockets and execution dockets; and (3) other books for the court; that must be kept separately from the books and papers of other courts.
