Sec. 20. The jury administrator shall randomly draw names from the jury pool as needed to establish jury panels for jury selection. Prospective jurors may not be drawn from bystanders or from any source other than the jury pool. [Pre-2004 Recodification Citation: 33-4-11-20.]
