Sec. 2. The judicial nominating commission shall certify to the supreme court a person desiring to serve as a senior judge if the person meets requirements for service as a senior judge set by the supreme court under IC 33-24-3-7 . [Pre-2004 Recodification Citation: 33-2.1-4-17.]
