Sec. 8. The clerk of the supreme court shall post a table of fees in a conspicuous place in the clerk's office. If the clerk fails to post a table of fees, the clerk may not demand or receive fees for services that the clerk renders. [Pre-2004 Recodification Citation: 33-15-1-8.]
