"Domestic violence court"

Sec. 4. As used in this chapter, "domestic violence court" means a problem solving court focused on the safety of the victim and the defendant's accountability by: (1) bringing together criminal justice professionals, local social programs, and intensive judicial monitoring; (2) linking victims to programs and services; and (3) linking eligible defendants and juveniles to programs and services.
