Sec. 5. As used in this chapter, "employer" means any person from whom the judge, justice, or prosecuting attorney or the spouse of the judge, justice, or prosecuting attorney receives any nonstate income. [Pre-2004 Recodification Citation: 33-2.1-8-1.]
