Sec. 1. As used in this chapter, "cause" means a trial, a hearing, an arraignment, a controversy, an appeal, a case, or any business performed within the official duty of a justice, judge, or prosecuting attorney. [Pre-2004 Recodification Citation: 33-2.1-8-1.]
