Sec. 15. (a) This section does not apply to a news reporting or an entertainment medium. (b) As part of a final judgment or decree, a court may order the destruction or other reasonable disposition of items described in section 14(b) of this chapter. [Pre-2002 Recodification Citation: 32-13-1-15.]
