Finding timber; compensation; violation

Sec. 13. (a) If timber prepared for market is found on any of the streams of Indiana, the timber shall be held and disposed of as provided in this chapter. The finder of the timber shall receive as compensation for the finder's services only the fees provided for in section 2 of this chapter.       (b) A person who knowingly violates this section commits a Level 6 felony.
