Description, valuation, and fee

Sec. 5. A court receiving the property report prepared under section 2 (b) of this chapter shall, within ten (10) days, transmit to the clerk of the circuit court a copy of the description and valuation of the property, together with the proper fee. The clerk shall enter the description and appraisal in a book to be kept for that purpose. [Pre-2002 Recodification Citation: 32-9-3-5.]
