Compensation for services of animal

Sec. 17. (a) If an animal is found under the provisions of this chapter and worked by the finder, a reasonable compensation shall be allowed for the services of the animal. The compensation shall be deducted from the cost of keeping the animal.       (b) The finder, if required, shall verify, under oath, the time the animal worked.
