Indiana Code § 32-34-5-4

"Museum" defined

Sec. 4. As used in this chapter, "museum" means an institution located in Indiana that: (1) is operated by a person primarily for education, scientific, historic preservation, or aesthetic purposes; and (2) owns, borrows, cares for, exhibits, studies, archives, or catalogs property.
