Sec. 9. In a suit brought for the enforcement of a lien under section 8 of this chapter in which the plaintiff recovers judgment in any sum, the plaintiff may also recover reasonable attorney's fees as a part of the judgment in the action. [Pre-2002 Recodification Citation: 32-8-31-6.]
