Refund of unused portion of prepaid fees

Sec. 3. A campground owner shall refund the unused portion of any prepaid fees, less any amount otherwise owed to the campground owner or deducted for damages, to a guest who is removed from a campground under section 1 of this chapter.   IC 32-33 ARTICLE 33.
