Sec. 14. A person who violates this chapter commits a deceptive act and is subject to the penalties and remedies provided in IC 24-5-0.5 . Any action by the attorney general for violations of this chapter may be brought in the circuit or superior court of Marion County. [Pre-2002 Recodification Citation: 24-5-9-35.]
