Sec. 13. "Person" means a natural person, a corporation, a government, a governmental subdivision or agency, a business trust, an estate, a trust, a partnership, an association, a joint venture, or another legal or commercial entity. [Pre-2002 Recodification Citation: 24-5-9-11.]
