Sec. 10. As used in this chapter, "tenant" means an individual who occupies a rental unit: (1) for residential purposes; (2) with the landlord's consent; and (3) for consideration that is agreed upon by both parties. [Pre-2002 Recodification Citation: 32-7-5-10.]
