Sec. 2. As used in this chapter, "residential landlord-tenant statute" refers to any of the following: (1) IC 32-31-3 . (2) IC 32-31-4 . (3) IC 32-31-5 . (4) IC 32-31-6 . (5) IC 32-31-7 . (6) IC 32-31-8 . (7) IC 32-31-8.5 . (8) IC 32-31-9 . (9) IC 32-31-10 . (10) IC 32-31-11 .
