Sec. 8. An indecent nuisance action must be brought in the circuit or superior court of the county in which the alleged indecent nuisance is located. The action is commenced by filing a verified complaint alleging the facts constituting the indecent nuisance. [Pre-2002 Recodification Citation: 34-19-2-3.]
