Sec. 4. As used in this chapter, "prosecuting official" refers to public officials who have concurrent jurisdiction to enforce this chapter, including: (1) the attorney general; (2) the prosecuting attorney of the circuit in which an indecent nuisance exists; (3) the corporation counsel or city attorney of the city (if any) in which an indecent nuisance exists; or (4) an attorney representing the county in which an indecent nuisance exists.
