Defendant's wanton aggression; exemplary damages

Sec. 19. If a defendant has demonstrated wanton aggression concerning the property that is subject to an action under this chapter, the jury may award the plaintiff exemplary damages. [Pre-2002 Recodification Citation: 32-15-2-19.]
