Sec. 2. As used in this chapter, "mortgagee" means: (1) the grantee of a mortgage; or (2) if a mortgage has been assigned of record, the last person to whom the mortgage has been assigned of record. [Pre-2002 Recodification Citation: 32-8-15.5-2.]
