Indiana Code § 32-28-15-4

"Residential real estate"

Sec. 4. As used in this chapter, "residential real estate" means real property: (1) that is located in Indiana; and (2) upon which is constructed or intended to be constructed a dwelling that contains one (1) to four (4) units.
