Sec. 5. (a) As used in this chapter, "home buyer" means a purchaser of a new home or a model home. (b) The term includes any owner of the new home or model home before the expiration of the warranties defined by this chapter. [Pre-2002 Recodification Citation: 32-15-7-5.]
