Sec. 2. (a) Three (3) or more members of the association may give notice of an election to choose directors for the association. (b) The notices must: (1) be written or printed; (2) specify the time and location of the election; and (3) be posted for at least ten (10) days before the election in at least five (5) public places in each township where the contemplated work will occur.
