Sec. 11. If a vacancy occurs in the office of director, the other members of the board shall fill the vacancy by a pro tempore appointment from the members of the association. The appointment continues until the next annual election and until a successor is elected and qualified. [Pre-2002 Recodification Citation: 32-10-1-11.]
